MultiMMR is a SaaS platform that helps users track and analyze Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) across multiple applications and subscription services. The Service provides dashboard analytics, revenue tracking, and business intelligence tools.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Subscription and Payment

MultiMMR offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial months or unused features
• Free trial period (7 days) with no credit card required
• Subscription fees are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Share your account with others
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
